Super User Access

We added a new user to an account as a super user and they are unable to view open tickets. What can we do to make it so that user can see all other tickets in their account?

    Your Super User would need to be assigned to the account. Once they are assigned to the account they will be able to access all tickets for their assigned accounts by selecting the account and clicking on view all tickets
