Import my accounts and organizations from NinjaRmm to Sherpa for ticketing?

    In the current integration version of SherpaDesk with NinjaRMM we don't have a direct import to update Accounts or Assets.

    NinjaRMM users are able to update their Accounts in SherpaDesk by using the Accounts import template found in Configuration > Accounts & Locations. Once your Accounts are uploaded to SherpaDesk we will then do named match sync when device alerts are sent in.

    In the next version, integration release will look to import your Accounts and Device information into SherpaDesk directly.
