How can I control who creates a ticket?

    You are able to set your domain preference to limit only users with your domain to create tickets. To do this you will need to go to Configuration > Email > Limit new users to only matching email suffixes'.

    You will then need to enter in these suffixes in the Email Suffixes area separated by a comma.
